/This series of paintings were exhibited on the occasion of the « RTC » collective show at galerie Amarrage in Saint-Ouen (Paris) thanks to the initiative of Korsé (@kafekorse) in October 2024.

I started working on the show right after I came back from a roadtrip in Georgia, my phone was full of pictures and simply chose to paint the one that spoke to me the most. What did came across though, really was the heavy mix of past USSR industrial landscapes combined with its rural environment.

These were also the very last paintings I did using acrylics before switching to oil.
